Dress Code and Uniforms
The Uniform Policy for Full Moon Security Pty Ltd’ is continually under review, and updated as is necessary. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are kept up-to-date with this policy and adhere to it at all times when representing Full Moon Security Pty Ltd’.
- The minimum dress requirement for all Security Officers and Crowd Controllers are; a white business shirt, black pants, black tie, and polished shoes or boots.
- Belts are optional, but must be black in colour.
- No jewelry is allowed with the exception of a plain wedding band.
- All body piercing is to be removed or covered if visible. (This is for your personal safety).
- Long hair is to be kept tidy and tied back neatly at all times.
- Nails are to be kept neat and cut short, no acrylic nails are permitted.
- Bow ties are not considered part of Uniform Policy and as such are not allowed, unless it is a black tie event).
- All relevant Security Officer and Crowd Controller tags are to be worn and visible at all times whilst on duty, and representing Full Moon Security Pty Ltd’. This is a mandatory requirement by Law, and a finable offence by the Commercial Agents if you fail to comply.
- At times you may be requested to wear a Security Vest at the discretion of the Director’s, Agent, Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Venue Manager. These are supplied by Full Moon Security Pty Ltd’ and must be returned at the completion of your shift.
- At times you may also be requested to wear a black suit jacket, and it is an expectation that you will supply this yourself.
Failure to adhere to this policy may result in you being asked to leave the site and not return until in full uniform. Continual breach of this Policy may result in disciplinary action.
