How Much Do The Guards Cost Per Hour?
Depending on service required, they range from $35.00 plus GST per hour (which is the cheapest in Perth by far) upwards for specialized protective services and events.
How Many Guards Do I Need?
Again, depending on the venue, we prefer a minimum of two guards for private functions and then one additional Security Officer for every 100 people. This is subject to change for each individual contract as the venue and the availability of alcohol plays an important part in the decision (The ADIIA Committee = division of the local police force - suggest that it is 1 guard per 50 patrons). We have provisions for Crowd Controllers and Customer Service Reps. These people can be provided to collect money, check tickets, etc at the front door of your Function.
What Is The Uniform / Attire That Your Security Officers Wear?
Our Standard Uniform is black pants, white shirt, black suit jacket and black tie, with a name tag for identification.
Do I Need To Provide A List Of Names Of The Guests?
This is preferable, as this will prevent and unwanted guests from entering the Function. Please be aware that on the night the Security Officers will not allow and other people into the Function , if they are not on the list. So please be sure the list is complete!
What Is The Minimum Number Of Hours?
We have a minimum of 4 hours
How Much Notice Is Required For A Booking?
We require a minimum of one week's notice to make the booking
Is A Deposit Required?
Yes! As with any service, a Booking Fee of 50% is required at least 1 week prior to the Event. and is refundable if the party is cancelled or the Security is no longer required.
Do We Have Metal Detectors?
Only if required. We also have Patron Counters (commonly know as "clickers") and wireless radios are also available.
Does This Cost Extra?
Yes! We charge $50.00 deposit and $25.00 for the night.
What Happens In Event Of Any Trouble?
Our Security Officers are fully trained to deal with a variety of situations, and the are well equipped to diffuse and conflict. If they feel they need back-up, they have the option of firstly calling on the Security Supervisor. The Supervisor will either attend the site and provide assistance, or call on the assistance of the police. Our Officers work closely with the police to ensure that you and your guests are always safe!.

Are We licensed?
Yes! We are a fully licensed Security Company. We have Security Officers, Crowd Controllers, Customer Service Representatives, Private Investigators, Personal Protection (Body Guards) and Debt Collection facilities available.

What Is The Unoform?
Our standard uniform / attire is black pants, white shirt, suit jacket and a black tie with a name tag for identification. If appropriate our Secuirty Officers wear a fluorescent vest.
Do We Need A Contract?
Yes! The Contract is legally binding Agreement between the two parties, that covers both parties from any unseen circumstances.
Are We Able To Provide Secuirty Officers Tonight?
In most instances, Yes! However we will need to have written permission form signed and faxed back to the Office before any Security Officer can assigned to your premises.
Do You Have Patrols And Alarm Monitoring?
Yes we do! We have a call out fee of 4 hours. (After that it is charged at an hourly rate) We also have access to a glass repairer at a resonable cost to the customer/insurance company.
Are We Insured?
Yes! Most certainly. We are insured for $10 million. This is a Comprehensive Workers Compensation and Total Public Liability.
